I updated my resume after 2 years when I previously used the site but was never able to pay for it and print. Multiple failed attempts at payment despite trying different credit cards and different days and calling customer service. Had to retype in word. Very unfortunate.

I found myself recently without a job, I haven't had to use a resume in over 10yrs. I was pretty good at doing them back in the day. However do much has changed. I could easily get interviews within a couple of days with my old resume. That was not the case this go around. I created a resume with this site and did the resume review, mad changes and posted it. And I immediately starting getting interviews. Did not have big expectations, but was truly amazd!

I've been using you guys to build my résumé for years now. And this is the first time I had to subscribe in order to make it. I think it should be a one time payment or give me the option to at least do a one time payment instead I think this is not the kind of service that needs subscriptions, one time payment is really all you need paying $25 for one résumé seems a little bit outrageous but I do support you guys. I will be canceling my membership though again no need for subscriptions. One time payment should be enough.
