Ordered a new handheld and collar combo. When ordered it never said parts were on back order which was fine, but I noticed it hadn't been shipped for about 5 days so I called and that's what they told me. Backorders are out of everyone's control. Which was fine again, due to me not needing it. They told me I'd be 1-2 weeks and it showed up in a week. So all around great experience.
Everything was as expected! Aries and Gus are excited for their new Custom Brass Dog Collar Name Tags. Which look perfect and were easy to install on their collars.
Can't find a better deal for everything you receive with their garmin TT25 and alpha 200 bundle. The name plate personalization is a nice touch. Only deducting one star because I never received a shipping email/tracking info. The package arrived when I was out of town and I didn't know- I don't like leaving expensive things just sitting on my porch. A few items were on back order, but I received those separately. I chalk the shipping stuff up to ordering during Black Friday, so it's understandable.
I have 3 dogs, all different breeds (cane corso, pit mix & mountain curr) and all of them love the taste of the essential dog vitamin powder that is added to their homemade dog food. It easy to measure for each dogs weight and shipping was quick and packaged very well.

I ordered a collar for my 19 pound beagle, size medium to large, as I imagined a small to medium dog being like a Yorkie or peekaneese. The 1" collare was too big. I had ordered it through Outdoor Dog Supply, through Amazon. Outdoor Dog Suuply allowed me to return the big collar and get a smaller, replacement collar. Service to GREAT.

Was delivered as advertised. Only concern is that charge light is very dim. Charge last more than 12 hours. Approximately 4 hours less than another exact model. Understandable for used item.

Disappointed in the name plate, the thinner one should not be placed. With a name and a phone #. Needs to be in two lines so it doesn't run into the brads. The collar is good
