Technician understood problem with my Sanyo TV shutting off as soon as it is turned on. Apparently the TV needed the main board replaced. He gave me a few different places where I could order the board and I went to ebay and found it and ordered it. I am awaiting it's arrival and will find out if that works.

The doctor addressed my issue and relieved my anxiety right away by giving me a full explanation with the perfect amount of detail that was easy to understand.

Contacted Just Answer because I am concerned my cat may have asthma. We went over signs and symptoms, possible causes and what to expect when I schedule a visit for the physical vet and what my medication options may be.

I was connected in an effort to return an item that didnt work due to sizing issues.needed a return address or label for it to be returned to supplier.

I waited for phone call today but saw email later advising unavailable. A lawyer proceeded to provide generic response. I provided background earlier via pearl and live customer service rep but 1st lawyer asked again.

2nd attorney entered chat after talking to customer service-very knowledgeable, detailed n quick response.
Rep said i woukdnt be charged again! Unclear what it means because charged $5 and $65 which os baffles me due to no explanation of services.

I have not been able to scan since the last MS365 update plus the setting pointed to one drive and I use Google. It would not let me make changes. Navaz solved both my issues in less than 30 minutes. Wish I'd talked to him before because my husband, a programmer, worked on the issue for 2 days but couldn't get it fixed. LOVED the service. While I hope I don't need to come back, I'm sure I will the next time MS365 updates.

Micheal made the solution to my problem about out of date software that is no longer supported very easy for me to understand and was able to work around it. He made it very easy for me for someone who is not well versed on computers. Thank you very much
