I have been pleased with the health of plants when they arrive, though the last "Tree" I ordered came in a 16 oz. Plastic cup.

I tried to get help with it. Was very disappointed
Email was sent. Not sure if it was still on a warranty? Soooo am going to try again and hopefully it survives! 😮‍💨

I've ordered many times in the past for folks who have lost loved ones. It's a great way to celebrate their memory with a beautiful tree.

Had a fig tree that died last year and it was just a two weeks past the free replacement. Which I didn't realize. Fast growing trees did not honor it despite my order history.

The first time I ordered the tree that we received died within a month. Fast Growing Trees without question--just some pictures--quickly sent me a replacement.

I have purchased numerous trees/shrubs through Fast Growing Trees and I have had great success with each order. However, I have only gotten a total of three very small pomegranates even though my trees are beautiful. I believe it has been three or more years since I planted them.

Bought many trees almost all arrived in great shape. The two that were broken were replaced no questions asked, and they didn't make me have to return them. That was a big relief.

I have enjoyed searching for many items for my landscape. I have had very few problems and when I did, customer service has always taken care of my concerns.

I had trouble trying to submit my question through the website but was able to speak to someone after calling the toll free number. They consulted with a horticulturalist and gave me some suggestions to help my plant. Time will tell if it helps.

I get it... every retailer (online of brick & mortar) is scared with the destruction of the economy thanks to GOP. However, I just want to checkout... don't lose an existing customer while you are already losing business.

Convenience, easy to learn what plants I can grow in my area. Each plant purchased in past was packaged well without damages.

Every plant I have purchased from FGT has arrived in good shspe, and when planted promptly and in the correct manner has done well.

Many transplants require a year to really "get situated"(creep) but, when well cared for through the first year, they tend to LEAP the following year.

Keep your expectations real! Take care of your new plants!

The lavender plants arrived in excellent condition so I went ahead and ordered a house plant for a gift. Sturdy packaging and quick delivery are also good.

I use PayPal for my checkout needs and unfortunately, to have an account, you cannot check out with PayPal. So, I miss out on the perks of being a member and I don't appreciate that. I wish someone would look over my account and credit me for my purchases, which have been quite a few this past year.

I ordered one lemon bush for our anniversary. Ordered a second one for Christmas because they produce better if there are two or more. Just ordered a fig tree to replace a dead red leaf maple.

Previous order, 8 hollies; next spring 2 were obviously dying, although one still had faint green bark, would not replace this one
