They are some of the most negative sites in the cryptocurrency space due to the amount of scams and fake quests that are on there. They donate crypto to you for reading articles. It used to be very easy to earn crypto but now it's hugely difficult to earn anything due to paying for investing crypto or trying other apps which require money. I think it's a very negative development in technology.

This platform is a scam. They incorporate hidden fees in all conversions, they have the worst customer service in the world, they do not take ownership of any of the playforms bugs nor the wallet they also run. When sending funds to the wallet, you have to convert the funds to usdc but once the funds are on the wallet, you have to convert the funds or buy ETH just to be able to send the money or convert to a different crypto...wtf id the purpose of converting to USDC to begin with? MORE FEES! Customer service just dodges questions and says they understand your frustation but does nothing about it. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this scam company. They scam my hard earn money and their customer service is not responding or answering my mails until my colleague recommend me to Trad erep0 rt.0rg or whatzap + 4 4 7 4 6 7 2O23O5 who helped me recoup my lost funds.

After over 15 years I am leaving Coinbase due to their "system" holding all of my deposits for 7 days. I have never had a bad deposit, use the same bank, same account and now I have all deposits held. Support is a joke and takes hours to get a live person. Support is useless as they copy as paste reply's from the website. Takes them 3-4 minutes to reply to every question I have. The oldest scam in the book, use customers deposits to make money their funds are on hold. Support has no answer as to why the "system" flags every deposit I make as a risk.

I locked my account on the day that all the accounts showed zero assets. Then I tried to unlock it same day, got an email saying it will be unlocked after 48 hours. It didn't get unlock. I called and after 1 hours being on hold, hung up and got a call after 2 hours, after 1 hour talking to customer service, they said I'll get an email within 24 hrs. I didn't get that email, called them again, was on line with customer service for over 2 hours and they couldn't fix it. Called them again same day, they canceled my account and transferred my crypto to the new account. I had new problems with new account, called them again, she said wait 5-10 mint, conversation took over 2 hours, and she finally said it would take 72 hours! I asked them to cancel my transaction. And she promised I would get a cancellation email today. I hung up and still waiting!

Please beware, i am not saying Forex banking is bad, maybe my aunt was unlucky, i have done it and i got paid, but my sister was unfortunate, she almost lost €33,000.00 EUR to the Forex banking when the broker stopped responding, we found out the broker was a scammer, but luckily we got her money back through an agency who assisted us, thanks to uncac. Net, they are reliable.

Coinbase is worst exchange for help or support. I got scammed by someone who claimed to be from CB, then after i lost my money Coinbase locked my account. Too late to help, now they will not allow me to use the bank that I have used since 2018, and paid CB a lot in fees. They treat me like crap and will not respond to my troubles. The most lame support in crypto I have ever had to deal with.

Froze my inaugural account for 45 days for no reason, with No customer service operators AT ALL. A real crap show.Stay off this platform

When selling my cryptocurrency and sending my cash to my bank, I was given the option of having it transferred into my bank account or to my debit card. I could have done either one easily. I chose to have the money sent to my bank debit card. There was NO indication that to have my cash sent to my debit card was going to cost me $500, *more than DOUBLE* than sending it to my bank account! I contacted them about this. Their customer service was terrible. No help at all. They basically said tough s***.

They want ID to authorize your account. I have uploaded high quality ID and they still do not want to approve. In the meantime, your account is BLOCKED and you cannot withdraw anything. Stay away from this.

Coinbase is, without question, the worst company I've ever encountered in my life.
It's so bad, it should be illegal.
-The verification system is the cheapest I've ever seen - without any specific error codes.
-It locks your account onto verification with no option to access your account.
-Customer service is non-existent. They cut and paste from the FAQs, once and never replied again.

How could a company this atrocious possibly be publicly traded or even legal?

Scammed all my money and closed my account. They wont reply with anything of use and been trolling me for 4 years now. My money is gone and they give me no option to withdraw it or get access to my account after they banned it for no reason.

Without notice or explanation, Coinbase suddenly restricted my ability to send my crypto off their exchange. Their so called helpdesk were unable to explain why but asked who I was sending my tokens to and why? Although none of their business, I explained that I was sending them to my own self custody wallet. The conclusion is to use an exchange that respects your rights.

This site is not giving withdrawal, when you complete the withdrawal criteria of 6 usd mining btc it is increasing to 7 this is just taking waste of time. Use the website on my title/headline and got a refund

I've had an issue now for over 2 months with Coinbase. I have an order that is currently stuck open. Being that it is stuck open, my availability to do anything with it is zero. All I can do is watch my value go up and down without the power to sell or even transfer what I own! I have 4 support tickets in with Coinbase. Why 4 you might ask? Because they keep closing them as resolved! Support chat keeps disconnecting me. There's no phone number for me to call. It's my money they have and all I can do so far is just look at the balance. What the hell is wrong with this company!?!?!?!?! My first contact to Coinbase about this issue was December 9th 2023

I just left a review on google for CBwallet. Another sacrifice to the company after reading many other reviews. I have just withdrawn off exchange and removed my payment option. Im done!
So I had and was planning on accumulating more BTC from Coinbase to send to my wallet. Now I have no wallet because words are hard according to CB customer service.
Ive been in the Industry since August, I can tell you now it a scam ridden industry. Starting at the exchanges. I learned a lot about it before jumping in. Only to be told when my 1st issue came up,you dont know how to put words in order. If i lose my car keys my car wont disappear and im not permanently locked out. Sounds like an easy out for scammers.
Self custody - word play convincing you they cant do whatever they want when it suits them. I had immensed a decent balance for my wallet. The password to my bank is also self custody and kept online through incription. FDIC insured, I've never respected that 4 word key phrase. I believe in the universe, i was 1 week away from adding to my amount. I was buying in lumps on dips. See i learned.
The irony is i had just bought a cold wallet to move my assets. Now i dont need it, I will not put another dime in crypto. Everyone avoid the security scams. The FUD alone is nauseating. Thanks for letting me vent. I couldnt find any where to leave a review on Coinbase. After dealing with their customer service on both ends i will never associate with them again.

Last thing, I read they can freeze your funds in the CB wallet. That alone would tell everyone they can access accts to help us. I get more help from my bank & grocery store than from this company.
Stay away from all EXCHANGES -- just listen -- i learned -- got rugged -- getting out. Im know when im being gas lighted. It wasnt a BUG

Awful, terrible, their chat support is off the scale in a very negative way. Twice, the support person just disconnected me. Wish I had read these complaints first. Still haven't recieved my sign-up bonus which is worded VERY poorly and designed that way to intentionally decieve. The fees to trade on Coinbase are EXCESSIVE compared to trading stocks and will detract people from using them. Sorry to say, but Coinbase is a total SCAM.I can see why there are so many user complaints. TOTAL RIPOFF!
