Coinbase has gone from bad to worse. You can't open a proper support case, there's no phone contact, and the only way to reach them is through chat—which offers little help. My account has been restricted for the past two years without any resolution. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I'm met with the same generic responses and no progress.
