Ordering and shipping were fine. The dress was very big on me and I needed for special occasion. When I asked to return they kept trying to give me a bigger refund percentage instead of just allowing me to return the dress for a full refund.
I will never use this company again. I asked for my money bag wanted to return their merchandise and never heard a reply back. I requested my entire amount of money. They wanted to give me a portion back, not happy.
Two out of the 3 items do not fit. I requested a refund; however, I was only offered 10% to keep items. They don't fit, why would I need to keep them? I offered to send them back for my full refund but was bullied into accepting a partial refund and keep items. These are egregious practices.
The sizing is WAAAAAY off! The product was purchased in size small for a woman 5 feet tall who is busty and she is unable to zipper it up... it seems cut for a thin long legged child or supermodel... please adjust your fit and cut of the product to fit more builds

I was trying to order several items for Christmas. I placed the order 4 different times... the order was accepted and confirmed then a few minutes later, I received a refund because they said my card was "high risk". I called my credit card company and there was no problem with my card... they didn't understand why this was happening.
Anyway, this company is NOT user friendly and there are too many others who are so I just ordered from another company.
I ordered it for my wife for an xmas gift unfortunately your shipping company delivered it t my community mail box and never told me. She never got it til january. If i buy anything else tell your shipping company that it is to be delivered to my home thank you
Good quality nice clothes with pretty fast delivery but I was missing some items from my order and reached out several times to find out why I never received them and herd nothing back
One of the items I purchased was to big I try to reach out to return I couldn't find the item number or option to return, I had no choice to keep the item I'm a little disappointed
I would say if you need anything for December then order early November or even late October as the dress I ordered arrived after my Christmas party date but otherwise my dress when it finally arrived was good quality and stunning
. I ordered the XL. The fit was great and very comfortable. Nice material. It's also an affordable price. I recently wore it to a concert event. ( ordered in Red.) I love it so much. I plan to order another one soon in the future in the color Black.
It was too small. Spend a lot of time trying to find how to do a return. Could not get an answer. Finally they said they would give me a partial refund. I said ok because I didn't have any options. Have not seen the credit and it has been over 4 weeks

I have my packages delivered to my work address because I live in apartments where they can be stolen. Why would you deliver a package at 5:30am when the door is not opened. I'm very upset about me no receiving my package as they were Christmas gifts. My Management Team is investigating, No signed for them but were left on a desk in my bldg. Lobby.

So far the items I received have been quite good. Just expect a long delivery time and often split shipments. Other than that very satisfied.
Product was good, though it didn't suit me well and needs adjustment. Delivery was quick.
First of all to be clear the clothes are beautiful! With that said>>> If you need to do a return you are screwed!
They gave me no opportunity to do a return. You are stuck with the item. Then they send an email weeks later asking how your products are. Well I thought I finally was able to ask to do a return. I was then told no its too late. I can offer you $5 towards another order! They lost a good customer I shop on line all the time

It was nice and fast, didn't expect the delivery to be so fast

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
